TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Friel Homes aim to support you throughout your move by taking away most of the work, worry and expenses normally associated with purchasing a new home.

NO ESTATE AGENTS FEES TO PAY - Friel Homes will arrange for your existing property to be valued by two independent estate agents who have a track record of successful sales in your area. One agent will be instructed to market your property for an agreed length of time. Upon achieving a sale Friel Homes will then pay your Estate Agent fee's on completion of your new Friel apartment.

NO HIPS TO PAY - For marketing to commence on your existing property a Home Information Pack (HIP) is required. The HIP's pack will be instructed and paid for by Friel Homes.

LEGAL FEES - We will contribute £350 towards your legal fees if you use the services of one of our nominated solicitors.

REMOVALS SERVICE - Packing and unpacking your belongings can be time consuming and exhausting. We instruct and pay for a specialist removal company who will pack your belongings, transport them to your new Friel apartment and unpack them for you.
